We ship WORLDWIDE. Shipping costs are set at $12.00 USD per order (under half a kilo). For shipping costs over half a kilo please contact us for further information.
Figures are shipped by registered air-mail and figures are delivered in cardboard boxes, securely packed with foam rubber. Shipping time from payment confirmation to receiving of order is between 5-15 days (depending on destination).
Every effort is made to keep all listed items in stock at all times but please keep in mind that each figure is hand made to order. In stock items will be shipped within 2 business days from receipt of order if paid by money order or credit card. Shipping is from Riga, Latvia. We DO NOT insure shipping (as there were no cases of loosing or damaging).
Each shipment is fully inspected for packing, quantity and quality of each item before it is released.
We hope you never need to return an item. However if there is a problem with a purchased item, please return the defected product so we can send you a new one or refund your money minus any shipping and handling fees.
If there is a problem with the product when you receive it, please contact us within one week. You can contact us by email (info@artig.lv) with an explanation of the problem or fault.
